AI Tools
New AI tools become available every day. It can be challenging to keep up with what is or is not allowed with your university email/account. These lists will grow as tools are piloted or under review.
Data privacy and the details of licensing agreements are typically the primary concerns when reviewing whether a tool should be used at the university; however, your decision-making will always be the most important part of data safety.
Purchasing and Licensing
Always follow appropriate departmental and purchasing procedures or license request processes. For more information visit software acquisition or purchases.
Students
A tool’s approval status on this page reflects our understanding of its data handling policies but does not supersede in-class guidance or that of the Academic Integrity Code.
